Each pod must be hand-pollinated, harvested, and cured—a labor of love that mirrors how we treat every batch we bake.

🌿 What Is Vanilla, Really?
Vanilla comes from the orchid Vanilla planifolia, native to Mexico. Each bean is actually the fruit of the flower, harvested by hand and cured over months. The result? A deeply aromatic pod packed with tiny black seeds and a warm, complex aroma.

Pure Vanilla Extract: A more accessible, still powerful form made by soaking pods in alcohol.
